What I Do

I help companies build meaningful employee benefit programs that actually make a difference — for the business and the people. As a corporate insurance specialist, I work with a wide range of clients, from small start-ups to large multinationals. With a dedicated team handling account servicing, I get to focus on what matters most: spending time with clients, understanding how they work, and figuring out what their people really need.

I'm a CFA charterholder and a CFP, which gives me a solid foundation in financial planning and risk management. That background helps me design benefit strategies that are not only practical but also sustainable for the long term. In 2024, I also completed a Specialist Diploma in Human Resource Management. I pursued it not just out of curiosity, but because I believe that truly understanding HR from the inside out helps me be a stronger, more effective partner to my clients.

A good benefits plan isn’t just about insurance coverage — it’s about presence, support, and ongoing collaboration. I often team up with HR professionals to bring value beyond the policy, whether that’s through lunchtime workshops, health talks, or engagement initiatives that support a happier, healthier workforce.

My goal is simple: to be the trusted advisor who shows up, listens well, and builds solutions that work for both the business and its people.
